Do you offer off-plan purchases?

What is the delivery timeline?

Our typical delivery timeline ranges between 6-12 months, depending on the project phase and purchase stage.

Can I get mortgage financing?

Yes. We work with selected mortgage partners and can guide interested buyers through the mortgage application process.

What payment options are available?

For each development, we offer two main options:

  • Off-plan purchase (cash option): Payment is completed within 30 days.
  • Mortgage option: A minimum 10% deposit is paid upfront, with the balance settled upon completion of the home.

When can I visit the development site?

Is the project freehold or leasehold?

In line with current legislation governing such developments, all our projects are held under leasehold tenure.

Can we buy as a group, chama, or company?

Yes.

  • For groups or chamas: You will be required to nominate two trustees as representatives and provide your registration certificate during documentation.
  • For companies: Sealed company documentation and directors' details will be required.

Will I receive a title deed for my house?

Yes. In accordance with legislation governing multi-dwelling developments, homeowners will receive a sub-lease title for their individual unit.
